“They loved colouring and feeding all the little animals.

“Definitely something fun to do when you want to keep your little ones busy for a bit.”

Nour’s two-year-old girls were lucky enough to go to the My Pet Pals Easter workshop.

It’s 45 minutes long and is running until the 14th April.

Your little ones will learn all about fish - including how they swim and some fun facts, as well as crafts and colouring.

The workshops help to teach children how rewarding pets can be and how to care for them, making sure you and your kids are all clued up on pet welfare and responsible pet ownership.

Everyone can see the bunnies but you have 20-20 vision if you can find three chocolate rabbits in this Easter brainteaser

Kids will receive activity sheets, a My Pet Pals certificate, and will get to meet some of the retailer’s amazing animals - all for FREE!

Nour later added: “My girls were too young to do the fish talk, we got to pet and feed the guinea pigs and hamsters.”

'IT WAS GREAT'

Social media users were left open-mouthed at Nour’s post and many took to the comments to express this.

One person said: “Thank you for sharing. I've just booked for my daughter next week. She has chicken pox and has been stuck in all week so this will be a great treat.”

Another added: “I’ve booked for next weekend. Can’t wait.”

A third commented: “This is cool!”

At the same time, someone else asked: “Has anyone done this with a child under four?? My boy just turned three and loves animals, would love this but not sure if he’s too little.”

To this, Nour replied: “My girls are three next month so you can definitely go with younger kids. The lady skipped the “big kid” talks and we did all the fun bits like feeding the animals, petting them and colouring Easter rabbits.”

Another parent than wrote: “We went yesterday to the Greenock store and it covered the guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, fish, adoption centre.

"Then they did some fish themed activities (coloured in a fish drawing then made a tank and put their fish in it).

"It was great, my three-year-old enjoyed it and so did all the parents.”

'KIDS WOULD LOVE THIS'

Meanwhile, many parents took to the comments to alert their friends and loved ones to this free day out.

One parent tagged a Facebook user and wrote: “We should take the girls.”
