Last minute customer last night literally came in demanding to get a new phone without paying anything out of pocket. Said all he did was call Verizon and they sent him a new one at no cost..

@Verizon just got off the chat w/an agent of over an hour to upgrade our service & phones. Asked what we would have to pay today both times said nothing. Then when we were almost done he said ok you owe $290… because of a system glitch it wouldn’t allow him to add it to our bill

@VZWSupport I have the iPhone 11 Pro. I have issues with almost everything now. Calls, texts, data not loading, and I never have more than 1 bar now. Literally did not have this issue until it was replaced with a refurbished phone.
