@FOX46News @MecklenburgEMS @MecklenburgEMS Federal law requires that cell phones must be have the ability to call 911 regardless of whether or not it has service. That means if there was no Verizon coverage in the area, but AT&T had coverage, a Verizon cell phone would route the call through an AT&T tower.

@VerizonSupport why is it taking me a half an hour to get this agent on a support session to sync my voicemail to my phone? The agent said 15 minutes ago that they would sync the VM to fix a problem that I having. Meanwhile - they are trying to sell me Verizon Cloud. The heck?
