@wasteph_wes Thanks Wes! And omg you should have! A lot of people don’t know that xfinity actually uses Verizon antennas so we have the exact same service. I been with them 2 years now.

@VZWSupport I have no plans to DM you all any more about this issue. I made my concerns quite clear. I suggest having a manager review my comments, and the poor reply I received. If VZ doesn’t care about customer service then it’s not the provider for me.
